Username Restrictions

You may not select or use a username that is the name of another person, entity, organization, or trademark that you do not have the legal right to use. We reserve the right to reclaim, remove, or disable any username that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this policy, including but not limited to usernames that are identical or confusingly similar to the names of well-known individuals, brands, or trademarked entities. In the event of a dispute over a username, we may require proof of ownership or authorization.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, or distribute any photos or images that you do not have the legal right to use, including but not limited to copyrighted material, private or intimate images without consent, or content that is illegal, abusive, or invasive of others’ privacy. We reserve the right to remove such content and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

Loss of Access Upon Content Deletion by the Original Poster

The original poster of any challenge has the option to delete it with the explicit option of deleting it for all others who have accepted it. If you have accepted such challenge, you will lose access to it, no matter how much progress you may have made working on it.

This clause clarifies that the original poster of a challenge retains control over the content and that access is contingent on their will.

Privacy
